Meeting Rooms

Whether you are a serviced office or virtual office client, our meetings rooms are here for your use between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

Our meeting rooms all have state-of- the- art technology, including super-fast broadband, telephone conferencing, video conferencing, over-head projectors & much more. Complimentary office stationery will also be provided.

We understand that making the right impression is crucial and that is why our dedicated team go out of their way to ensure that everything runs smoothly while you are here with us. We will meet and greet your clients and show them to the meeting room where we will serve fresh tea & coffee, juices and light snacks. Meeting rooms may be hired by the hour or by the day, please see our 'Rates' section for information on pricing.

Meeting Room Cancellation Charges

If the Client cancels the booking with 7 or more working days’ notice there will be no charge.
If the Client cancels the booking with between 3 to 6 working day notice a fee equivalent to 50% of the booking will be charged.
If the Client cancels the booking on less than 2 working days’ notice a fee equivalent to 100% of the booking will be charged.

Debello at their sole discretion may terminate this Agreement if payment is not received in full at least 5 working days before the use of the meeting room.
